I never understood why people are fond of buying stuff from a shop that treats their customers with an attitude that screams “we don’t need you; it’s you who needs us” and basically providing no service at all. Because that’s the exact impression A&F has always made to me and I know I’m not the only one who thinks that, however, some people seem to love that.
Well, and this now makes it official to me. People need to be “allowed” to wear their stuff (which, let’s face it, isn’t even that great but most people buy it just because it’s got A&F written on it). Some people aren’t “worth” their items.
And those who are, well, they should better be thankful for their good deed of selling to them. Because they totally don’t need their customers at all.
Ahh, and let’s not forget about their other brands like Hollister and whatnot.
